Let me know what you thought of the conditioning portion. I want to know how hard each movement was at the weight prescribed, what was most difficult part, and what you would change. If you follow my workout's I try to comment on my results, where I fell apart and what I'm going to do next time to PR (get a Personal Record time).
If nothing else, or you are at a loss for words do this:
Rate the WOD in each Category on a Scale from 1 - 10
The Strength it Required Over Intensity (Cardio) Perception (aka did you like it? would you want to do it again?)
