  1. Back Squat: 0 misses. For the most part felt good. Back felt Strong

    Conditioning:

    :42 (Unbroken), :46 (Unbroken), 1:01 (womp, womp, womp)

    Inefficiencies caught up with me 3rd round. Completed about 50 efficiently the first two sets before form started to degrade. Used a rogue rope with ball bearings. Definitely made a difference. Used Lactoste shoes since I forgot all FOUR pairs of nanos :(
