A. Strict Pull-Ups
Build to a heavy (1RM) weighted pull-up.
Use either weightbelt or db between feet.
Once you find heavy drop off a few lbs and perform 3 - 5 more singles.

Desired rest 45"-60" while attempting to find a 1RM

B. 4 Rounds NFT
Ring Support 30" - 40"
10 - 15 GHDSUs w/ Medball

Must keep support time constant over all rounds. Less is more.
Medball touches the floor between each rep but travels at chest.
Reach for toes w/ball.
