If you are OBC (Obstacle Course Training) this is not the class to miss!
The strength circuit will be a mix of movements one might encounter on the course!
Learn how to do them correctly and it will not matter if you are pre-fatigued.
And remember more often than not, failing to complete one of these obstacles in race will result in penalty (...burpees anyone?).
Part I: 20 Min Strength Circuit
1 Stone Shoulder on R and 1 Stone Shoulder L
-Sandbag Sprint (#1, 2 or 3)
- 5 Tire Flips AFAP
1 Prowler Push Down and Back - (140#/90#)
1 Rope Climb/Seated Pull
Part II: Lactic Acid Threshold
5 x 90" Minute Rounds of:
Row 12/7 Cals
3 Increasing Shuttle Cone Sprints
Max Burpees
Rest Approximately 90" - 2'
Part III: Foam Roll
