    A: 45, 55, 65, 75
    D: 25, 35, 45, 55 (both did an extra set)

    Back Squat:

    A: 3 x 7 @ 175 & 2 x 7 @ 180
    D: 2 x 7 @ 90, 1 x 7 @ 95, 1 x 7 @ 100, & 1 x 7 @ 105 (Double check this D, I know the math was off)


    PART II:

    Did first round as prescribed, second round as follows for intensity:

    10/7 Cal Row
    10/7 Pushups
    10/7 KBS

    Finished in ~12:30
