Then with KB in Right Hand

3 KB Push Press
4 KB Windmills
5 H2H Swings
Then Repeat with Left Hand
PART III: 20 Min Partner AMRAP
20 MB Situps (Over Box)
20 Burpees (While Partner Holds a Plank)
20 Box Jumps (While Partner Holds a Wall Sit)
20 Cal Row
