B.  Ring Support w/turn out

3:00 Accumulate as much time in Ring Support w/turn out

~Rest 2:00 - 3:00 Minutes

C. Bottom of Ring Dip
3:00 Accumulate time in Bottom of Ring Dip

~Rest 2:00 - 3:00 Minutes

D. Strict "Perfect" Pull-ups For Time
3:00 Accumulate time in False Grip ring Pull Up Hold
If you are wiped, forget the pull-up and just hold a false grip.  Regardless use a box to set-up your perfect false grip each time.  Do your best to straighten the arms.  Once it's neutral drop down.

pullup emom- did 2 unbroken each time
chin up emom- did 3 rounds of 2 unbroken and 2 rounds of 2 singles

    B. Ring Support w/turn out - 3minutes
    did 4 holds in 3 minutes, first one was 35sec then ~30, ~20, ~15

    C. Bottom of Ring Dip - 3minutes
this was a lot harder today for some reason...lowered down slowly from the ring support position to the bottom position and tried to hold as long as possible but was <10sec per attempt. Did this for 3 min.

    D. Strict "Perfect" Pull-ups For Time
did 4 false grip pullup holds, this felt better than part C and could hold for ~30 sec.

pullup - did 1 each minute
chin up - first 2 minutes I tried to do 1...then resorted to a red band, was able to do 2 with red band. Not sure why these were harder for me, but I felt a strain on my wrist/forearm

    B. Ring Support w/turn out - 3minutes
did around 4 holds, the first was the longest at 27s, then I went to 11s, then 9s and 9s

    C. Bottom of Ring Dip - 3 min of attempts
I did not do well with this one, I had trouble holding at the bottom, I did several attempts lowering myself down, but could only hold for a few seconds at most.

    D. Strict "Perfect" Pull-ups For Time
did four pull-up holds, at first it was hard to get up there, but I managed and was able to hold once I was up.
