Thorastic Arm Raises
Dynamic Spidermans

Inchworm wherever possible


PVC Pass Thrus
PVC Around the Worlds
5 Full squat from toes
5 Hang cleans from squat
5 PVC deadlifts


PART II:  Conditioning
  
5 x 2 Min AMRAPs

20 Jumping Lunges (Substitute Kettlebell Swings)
10/15 Sit-ups
10/5 Push-ups (Burpees)

Rest 2 Minutes Between Rounds
