It's been a while...

CrossFit Gymnastics Total
Complete in the following order.
For Reps:
Max Pull-ups
Max Dips
Max HSPU

Rest 3 Minutes Between Exercises

All movements are strict.  Only count virtuous movements.

Then For Time:

Max Ring Support
Max Ring Support (Bottom)
Max Chin-Up Support with L-Sit Hold (similiar to yesterday's class)

Rest Exactly 3 Minutes Between Exercises

Only count time in which you are in a virtuous position.

Calculate totals and use as a benchmark.

    Max Ring Support (Bottom) 13 sec
    Max Chin-Up Support with L-Sit hold 35 sec
